ABOUT

Teach Bloom Grow is a service-based small business owned by licensed Intervention specialist and Master IEP coach, Catherine Todd. Offering both IEP Coaching & Literacy Tutoring, Teach Bloom Grow's mission is to educate and empower students to bridge the literacy gap and create confidence in parents through one on one coaching and support.

BRAND BUILDING

Prior to meeting Catherine she had written a book called Hopeless to Hopeful: A Mom's guide to raising children with special needs and staying Inspired while also partaking in tutoring and IEP coaching ventures. With multiple businesses, side hustles, and brands, she lacked structure and unity. Alongside Take Root Consulting, we stepped in and created an overarching brand to house all of these endeavors. Thus, Teach Bloom Grow was born.  

Building the Teach Bloom Grow brand started with brainstorming that involved multiple ideas for color palettes, imagery, typography, tones, etc. with Catherine's input being the guide.  

After building out what we all felt was a strong, cohesive brand, I developed a brand book that would serve as our backbone as we continued to expand this budding business. 

BRAND PHOTOS

Conducted a brand photoshoot for social and web use that displayed the who and the what of the brand.

WEBSITE

Created a website that was reflective of the new brand and easy to navigate. Kept flow and design at top of mind while executing a minimalist style with copy that is descriptive yet to the point. Kept the website as simple as possible to make it easy for the business owner to continually keep up with.

SOCIAL MEDIA

With a solidified brand and website, it was time to reach our audience. We created both an Instagram and Facebook page in hopes of reaching our target market. 

Working once again alongside Take Root Consulting, we drafted content plans and calendars that aligned with Catherine's goals for her business. 

Our main purpose on social media was to educate and motivate through graphics, photos provided by Catherine and the brand photoshoot, and videos. Despite having a very niche audience, our organic reach soared quickly. Instagram Reels was where we saw the most reach with upwards of 30k

In our last month, TBG received 240 profile visits and 19 website taps
